I agree that the appearance of the KSA is a concern. This must be a later addition as perhaps the QSA?

Morning David,
I count six clasps on the QSA in the photograph as well as the KSA, but, Diana is happy that the man in the same, is indeed, actually the correct William White and has already pointed out his daughters name, as shown in WO97, so the matter of actual identity is not an issue, which I thought it was.
The photograph is very strange, but, I really do wonder about the circumstances under which it was taken and why exactly.
