Yes; QSA bars Bel/MR/Paar/Dreif/Joh/DH/RofK and another with bars in slightly different sequence - Bel/MR/RofK/Paar/Dreif/Joh/DH. Both named to 167800 A-B A.E. Hutchinson, HMS Monarch. The style of impressed naming on the first varies from that on the second.
In my "old" collection, I had a duplicate issue QSA to Rhod Regt/SAC and a KSA to the same chap in TMI. J.R.Proud from memory. Duplicate issues are not all that common, are they?
