Just another badge from just after the war, for the Defenders of Ladysmith Association.

I wonder if there were Defenders of Mafeking and Kimberley associations formed and badges issued, so far after many years of collecting I have found of any association having been formed.

I didn't come across an association while I was researching Kimberley but you would have thought with some many civilians there an association would have been a likely development?

That is only the fifth example of one of these that I have actually ever seen, not a very common little badge, yet Messr's Fattorini and Sons must have made quite a lot.
