It really was a not just a good buy, but, a fantastic one, doutbless there would be those who might think you should end up in the dock for theft beyond criminal imagination, given the price you paid! :woohoo:

This is a very attractive group - what do you think of the naming on the East & West Africa?

DNW sold it March 2008 described as "renamed".

When it came on the market recently I had a chat with the dealer about this medal. PM me.

Gentlemen,
That certainly does alter things, for me at least, it would all come down to when the piece was renamed and for who was it done, sadly, bargains are very few and far between, there is normally a reason if a group is cheap, however, it would be interesting to see a photograph of the naming on this medal, if it was actually worn by the recipient, then it is still well worth having.
