Hello Henk,
That would explain it why I had not seen it, as that particular folio is amongst a number that are missing from that volume, if there is nothing to suggest that it was not issued then I certainly would not be happy with the QSA as an eight clasp as you would expect the additional clasps to be clearly shown in the supplementary volume of the QSA roll, but, that is conjecture on my part, as I have not seen the rivets on the actual medal concerned.
