Looking for information on Dunkley, I see his medals were sold by DNW in June 1991:

Pair: Private A. Dunkley, Royal Marine Legation Guard at Pekin, 1900. QUEEN'S SOUTH AFRICA 1899-1902, no clasp (Pte., R.M., H.M.S. Forte); CHINA 1900, 1 clasp, Defence of Legations (Pvte., R.M.L.I.), contact marks, nearly very fine (2).

Sold for £2,800.

I remember at an OMRS Convention looking at a China Medal with copy Legations clasp for £550. I see now that it sold at DNW for £200.

The copy clasp is the lower image.
