Just for interest sake and I have no connection with the seller, there is a ILH QSA on EBAY.AUS at the moment. It has about 3 days to run and is named to 1994 PAY SERJT T. COSTELLO

Its number is 372047800435 and its description is Med15 Queens South Africa Medal 5 clasps. The seller is selling several medals so the Med 15 must be his own prefix.
