A collar maker is not a artificer as I understand the term.

A collar maker is a particular skill for making the harness collars for the transport horses tackle. An Artificer would be a running repairs man as I understand it
Looking for Salutries, Salootries and Veterinary Duffadars.
I collect primarily QSAs to Indian Recipients.
