He is entered on the Supplementary roll page (208) as mentioned by Rory and it seems he is entitled to a QSA with no clasps.Signed off in Pretoria on the 28th May 1902.

William Neville, an 18 year old labourer from Rugby, joined the RFA on the 3rd of April 1900, interestingly at Seaforth, he served in South Africa from the 7th of December 1901 until the 30th of March 1908 with the British Garrison.
He was entitled to the QSA and clasps Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal and South Africa 1902 as shown in WO100/137 and WO97
